I have two choices: the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz or the AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 3.6 GHz. My RAM is a HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB 16GB 3.2 GHz CL16. Decide which one fits better with your processor in terms of synchronization, and explain why.

The manufacturer lists 3.2 GHz but it's actually 2.9 GHz out of the box. The same applies to the 3.2GHz model. This happens because the speed is adjusted during manufacturing or based on specific configurations. Your ROG Strix B450-F Gaming with AMD Ryzen AM4 and DDR4 4400MHz should match the listed speeds if everything is set correctly.
