Help needed! My computer keeps looping without fixing it.
On powering on my PC, The CPU and GPU fans spins for 10-15 seconds and then the system restarts .
There is no signal on the monitor.
There is a 2 seconds delay between pushing the power button and the pc starting.
My Keyboard and Mouse aren't getting any power also.
I have tried resetting the RAM,GPU,CPU but still no luck.
I have tried to run the system with only PSU ,CPU and MB and still it was bootlooping .
Tried to run the motherboard without CPU and the fans kept on spining and didn't loop .

Have you attempted performing a memory check using tools such as memtest86?
I'm having trouble accessing the bios and doubt I'll manage it. I can attempt to have them verified on a friend's computer tomorrow.
WOW that is not something that should be in your computer. That says it is a 450W PSU but that couldn't be further from the truth. Today PSU strength is based on the 12V rail and that has a total wattage output of only 180W. That is a platform that is EASILY 30 years old and should NEVER be used in a modern computer. There are no markings on it for any current protections that are standard on any PSU in the last 15 years and nothing about it on their website. That PSU could have easily caused a surge on your system and blown it up.
I was really young and didn't know as much about pcs as I understand today when I got my pc and sure after learning about this I think you're right. I knew the psu was bad but didn't realize how bad it was. I was just planning to buy a new one next year, hoping it would last 5-6 months longer. The shopkeeper really tricked me by giving me this psu. In 2021, my older psu stopped working and caused the pc to crash during games like Forza Horizon 5. Then the same shop replaced my psu with this one, which has been working fine so far but I think it's now causing the whole system to fail. Also, because my components were low profile, my required wattage was around 35W to 75W, which means a psu of at least 206W according to Coolermaster's website. Maybe that's why it took so long for the pc to stop working.
