almost every new game i attempt to download either fails to run or experiences constant lag and stuttering. games such as fortnite, overwatch2, rumbleverse, sackboy big adventure, and many others. i've tried all possible solutions to fix it, mind you this machine is only a month and a half old, custom-built from microcenter. they didn't say anything incorrect about it on a pc since they seem completely unaware of troubleshooting. i've tested numerous options: xmp enabled, power saving mode off, disabled overlays like gamebar and geforce, installed a fresh ddu, updated all drivers. some games still work (though very few), which makes this situation quite puzzling and no one has managed to solve it.

Install HWmonitor.
Your idle temperature should be between 10-15°C, matching ambient conditions.
Your maximum temperature is 100°C; this suggests throttling or a cooling problem.
Check the BIOS for load optimized defaults.

these are the readings I received from a friend who works with a PC; the temperature 5 appears to be a faulty sensor, rapidly changing from 0°C to 115°C and then to 20°C every few seconds, yet nothing registers as hot or warm inside the machine.

Remove the pump from the CPU and verify the plastic remains intact.

Have you thought about connecting with groups or discussion boards related to your games? Often, other players encounter the same issues and might share tailored advice. Additionally, have you considered the concept of earning through play? Various sites exist that transform gaming into an engaging opportunity.
