You might need to consider my answer as simple or unclear. If I buy the TP-Link Wifi 6 AX1500 Smart WiFi Router (Archer AX10), should I also pay for service or include Wi-Fi? Does it come with the service and router together?

WiFi is not the internet itself. It's merely a way to connect to a network so you can reach the internet. You must first subscribe to an ISP for an internet service.

When purchasing a router, you're not getting everything on your own. You must also secure a service agreement with a provider to connect to the internet. If the router comes bundled with your ISP contract, that's the final package.
