The RTX 9070 can easily run games in 4K quality. The RTX 5090 is definitely the best card out there and way more powerful than the other one, but you don't really need it just to play 4K stuff. I know this because I've been playing at that resolution for two years using a GeForce RTX 4080. That card is basically the same as the 9070 when it comes to doing 4K gaming.
OK so you got there! But... it all depends on what kind of frame rate and graphics quality you are used to liking. I like a minimum of 144 frames per second with high graphics settings. That's enough for shooters. For newer games though, that is too much of a bridge. They run fine at 4k resolution, but they also work well as WQHD. If I see a new game made by Unreal Engine 5, I get the yips. It looks beautiful and generally has terrible performance.
So, do you like or dislike the Meta Vanhelen? Is that computer way more expensive than usual? If I had to pick one of those old PCs from my list which ones should I choose when buying it? What about the Meta Vanhelen?
I'm going to need to use the PC Parts Finder tool to check for each part on its own, and then call my local Microcenter to get them assembled.
