I was attempting to install cod ww ii via a dvd. The dvd works fine on my laptop, but it doesn’t read on my pc. If I try other dvds, they work perfectly. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems your DVD is not functioning properly. Also, why are you relying on CDs? You can download the game from Steam.

This is the reason people ask for assistance...
I’m struggling to understand why it functions on a laptop but not on a desktop, honestly. But I hope someone can help me out.
In fact, perhaps using a different DVD player might work as a workaround.

Place the dvd on your laptop and move it to your desktop via a pendrive or shared network.
