Help me my cpu fan are not spinning and no signal
Yesterday I played Dota then after my PC booted into Windows it stopped working. When I tried to restart, the CPU fan didn’t spin and the monitor showed nothing except no signal. I checked both PSUs and they were working, but the other fans were fine. The mouse light was on, suggesting the PSU is okay. I’m using an integrated graphics card. How can I fix this issue?
Unplug the fan and any cables connecting to the motherboard except the PSU cables. You can also remove the GPU if you have a CPU with an integrated GPU, connect it to the motherboard, and try shorting the power pins to see if the PC powers on. If it does, test different components one at a time until you identify the problematic cable.

I've already checked, it seems your board might be faulty. Could your processor also be dead? Or should I suggest getting a new one for your processor? I'm not sure if it's just the board or both.
