What's up? My Skyrim version with lighting and texture tweaks at 4K resolution and FXAA is consistently running at around 60 frames per second. It's running on a GTX 970 and 4790 graphics card. With some texture adjustments, it can drop to about 30 FPS.
Perfect with a 1 GTX 970. However, you'll want a powerful graphics card to run BLACK FLAG smoothly at 4K and 60 FPS.
