Incorporate Falskaar and Wyrmstooth as excellent missions. Additionally, consider Immersive Patrols and intriguing NPCs.
I gathered several items from my request list. Here’s a refreshed version:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49164/. Since you’re using an Nvidia, consider Realvision ENB or Project ENB. For texture packs, go with Tamriel Reloaded. Ultimately, it’s a personal preference after that. Don’t take advice from others; Skyrim is actually quite well optimized for single Nvidia GPU on one screen, no matter the resolution. If you turn off SSAO-SILL on your ENB, you might maintain around 30 FPS at 4K, which is still playable. Remi Lafo
Skyrim has the potential to transform into a brand-new experience with just a few modifications, so you don’t have to go overboard. But if you truly want to fully upgrade it to 2K+, you’ll need to master TES5Vedit to handle all the identical files and master records. Also, install a mod organizer—it can really help you out. Avoid using Nexus Mod Manager; it’s not worth it. —Remi Lafo
You're doing great! Check out my mods here. I'm definitely going with ENB Booster. The Acer 4K G-Sync panel is making things look crisp, so I want everything to have 4K quality. #JoshK
I see where you're coming from. The idea that 4K textures are about display resolution isn't quite right. A 4K texture refers to an image with a resolution of 4096x4096 pixels, which is much larger than what most displays can handle directly. When you flatten it, the file size becomes enormous—far bigger than your screen’s capacity. In reality, using such high resolutions for normal gameplay is wasteful. It drains your frame rate and uses up a lot of memory. Most games don’t need that level of detail for everyday play. 2K textures would be sufficient, and you probably wouldn’t notice a big difference unless you focused on specific areas. For scenes like mountain sides or statues, larger textures work better. I use 3K with mostly 1K and some 2K in Skyrim, and it feels just fine. 4K is more suited for close-up shots or special effects rather than general gameplay. Even the default settings can make a noticeable difference. Lighting issues are usually more about the engine than the textures themselves.
Here’s a revised version of your notes:

I installed skyrim and modded it 2 months ago when I got my new pc. Followed this guide: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/? After modding the game does look as good as it does on the clips/screenshots, its amazing! I also used few mods that I though were cool and ended up with 110 mods installed. Most of the texture mods are with 4k resolution. I get about 45 fps on 1080p with a gtx 970, so I think you'll be fine. Also keep in mind that modding will probably take one full day
