you can try using your phone's WiFi to connect to Battle.net for downloading updates. I've tested tethering and disabling Ethernet, but nothing worked. I reached out to Blizzard and Battle.net for advice, shared my post, and mentioned the issue with my old 4G LTE phone. Someone suggested checking if help is available on Battle.net or uTorrent, as downloading 8 gigabytes would take a long time.

Consider turning off IPv6 on the computer. A mobile connection should work reliably with IPv6.
