I upgraded the GT710 2gb GDDR5 Zone Edition from Zotac with a 954MHz core clock to 1060MHz and a 2506MHz memory clock, without changing the voltage. I'm wondering if this will harm the GPU or shorten its lifespan.

until your GPU temperature stays within a safe range, it won’t cause harm and cannot be damaged even with higher memory clock speeds. If stability isn’t achieved, it may crash drivers or the PC entirely, so you’re protected.
