Check the complete specifications and intended applications. Is this the DDR4 model?

Only DDR4 models are available; no DDR5 options. For RAM, I’m looking for 8 or 16GB.

It's a DDR4 system with an i7-12700 CPU. I don't have a GPU or power supply yet, but I'm planning to use the PC for gaming.

I’d choose the most affordable 8GBx2 card at 3600MHz, such as G.Skill RipJaws, Patriot Vipe, Corsair Vengeance, etc.

Another budget-friendly choice for 16GB is available. I've tried this kit in several projects without any problems. https://www.newegg.com/team-16gb-288-pin...c3N141VOZg The identical model in 32GB is also reasonably priced. https://www.newegg.com/team-32gb-288-pin...m4uUN5Rwkw

I noticed b660 showing up instead of H610. Since the board only handles RAM up to 3200, I’d go for the most affordable 3200 dualkit.

ASUS Prime H610M-E is a fairly basic board for a 12700. It won’t support your CPU well because it lacks strong VRM and power delivery. It’s built for 12100 and 12400 models with fewer cores, and even then it falls short. Check this out around 19:20.

I appreciate the update, but I'm not sure about the best choice for you. The prices of the boards are similar, so it might depend on other factors like quality or availability. Consider what matters most to you before deciding.
