I have the option to pick between Borderlands 3 and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon. I'm comfortable with either choice.

The breakpoint isn't a complete game and has no chance against Wildlands. That's why I'm sure about going for Borderlands.

What AMD rewards are you referring to? Avoid purchasing Breakpoint; instead, get Wildlands for $10 to $15 during Halloween sales. If you haven’t played any of the other Borderlands titles, consider buying any of them during the same sales periods—likely around $5 each, and the GOTY Editions are worth it at $5 as well. You’ll enjoy the DLC in all the original Borderlands games.

I'm really frustrated with Breakpoint. It's such a rough, incomplete mess. Wildlands is a much better alternative. It's not even the same sport.

Clear out the trash. Spare your cash by purchasing different titles. Borderlands 3 and Breakpoint aren't exceptional.
Your R5 2600 is fine for a long time ahead.
