Hello, I attempted to set up Windows on my PC since the existing hard drive was damaged. I purchased a USB drive and installed Windows 10, but that didn't succeed. When trying to download Windows 11, the same warning appeared: 'Preparing the computer to start in the next installation phase. Restart the installation to install Windows.'

It seems the instructions suggest transferring files via USB, then restarting the PC. After startup, press the boot selection key (usually F12) repeatedly to access the setup menu. Choose the USB device and complete the installation process.
