I attempted memory integrity, TdrDelay, and other tools I don’t recall, but I couldn’t find any help on Lenovo or AMD’s forums. That’s why I’m here now.

Update your graphics drivers (Radeon and iGPU if needed). Consider testing earlier versions from Lenovo’s support page. Are you using any antivirus software? Is this a device controlled by work or school?

I also checked the newest AMD and latest Lenovo pages, but the issue persists.

I used various drivers from both And and Lenovo sites, but the issue persisted. McAfee antivirus was applied, yet there was no clear connection. This is my personal computer, not managed by work or school, and I’m using an administrator account.

Windows seems to warn you about the app being blocked, which matches some earlier viewer alerts. This hints at a permission problem. It might just be due to a driver crash, or it could depend on the timing and source of that notification. If Google can't provide a clear solution, you'll need to rule out other causes. You could try running the game's executable with admin rights, though that might be more complex. Consider temporarily turning off McAfee and Defender to see if the issue persists.

A few days back I spent a lot of time working on it and found the issue was linked to the PCIe connection, as shown in the event viewer and device manager error codes. This was the first time yesterday I noticed permission-related problems, so it seems things have either improved or worsened. I've tried disabling antivirus software and running the system as an administrator, but the problem persists.

It might indicate some instability. Based on my observations, Lenovo often releases frequent BIOS and firmware updates that can be applied automatically. You could perform a DISM health check and SFC scan. If needed, a Windows restore might be necessary, though it’s usually undesirable when uncertain. Task manager typically displays the GPU usage percentage during activities like streaming YouTube.

It demonstrates both the current state and gameplay from the early 20s before the crash. The performance decline becomes clear when I turn off the dedicated mode, though it causes errors—planning to run more tests next time. The Windows reinstall might resolve the issue.
