I adjusted a few system preferences, setting boot time to ultra fast. Now I receive this alert and my input devices aren't responding.

Use the Windows 10 installation USB or restore your settings by entering BIOS and undoing any modifications.

The issue occurs when you try to enter Bios but pressing the delete key fails. It may be related to keyboard input problems or software settings.

After pressing delete, accessing BIOS isn't possible and your keyboard or mouse won't function.

Turning on the laptop or PC while holding delete is not a standard procedure. Please clarify your request.

While holding the button, it remains active until you release it.

I own that same large power switch strip. Cool. Just keep hitting the delete button repeatedly right after turning on the rig. A lot of times it works. Fast boot is active, but you might be missing the chance. Pressing delete won't get you into BIOS. Usually F2 or delete keys are needed.
