I understand you're discussing 4133, as mentioned in the second sentence of my message. The closest speed I could find was 4000Mhz, but that's the nearest available. The gap between 3600@CL16 and 4000Mhz@CL19 is noticeable. Going higher, like 4133Mhz instead of 4000Mhz, would reduce the difference even more. It doesn't matter much, but 1.35V seems to be a common standard for RAM voltage based on what I've noticed.
