I possess two choices: the AX4U413338G19-DT60 or the GSKILL Tridenz Neo 3600 CL 16-16-16-36. Which one suits better for future-proofing, such as upgrading to a faster 3600 cl 16 or adding 4133 MHz RAM?

On paper, the Adata 4133MHz 19-19-19 model (not to be confused with the AX4U413338G19J-DT60) appears superior to Gskill's 3600MHz 16-16-16. Additionally, Adata doesn't offer any DDR4 kits rated higher, suggesting the chances are greater you'll find the best B-die from Adata rather than Gskill, which typically has many better options that will be properly categorized.

I've learned recently that you can roughly gauge latency by dividing frequency by timing (the first number). The higher the value, the better. For example, 4133 divided by 19 equals 218,3600 divided by 16 equals 225. A 3600Mhz at CL16 would be slightly quicker, though the difference won't be massive.
