You're aiming for a build with a 5700X3D chip and are encountering warnings about needing a BIOS update for the CPU. That's still relevant, as the chip is quite old. The 5700X3D is designed to work with most motherboards out of the box, but compatibility can vary. For a micro ATX under 100 dollars with an addressable RGB header, look into budget options like the ASUS ROG Strix B550M or similar models from brands such as MSI or Gigabyte. Always verify the latest BIOS requirements before purchasing.

The new board should likely function, but it's wise to purchase one with USB flashback to avoid needing an additional CPU if the first one fails.
