I have an HP Laptop
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200U with Radeon Vega mobile graphics at 2.60 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB (5,92 usable)
I'm looking into ways to improve this PC's performance.

Make sure you have the most recent BIOS from the manufacturer, the newest Windows 10 patches, and the latest system/chipset drivers. This will optimize its performance to the fullest extent.
