I'm considering a RAM upgrade for my PC. My motherboard is the ROG STRIX B350-F. I've looked through the QVL and found two options: a 32GB at 3000MHz from CORSAIR DOMINATOR Platinum Series, or a 64GB at 2400MHz from G.SKILL Flare X Series. I need to decide between speed or quantity for tasks like streaming, gaming, video editing, and multitasking. I have a Ryzen 5 1400 and plan to switch to a Ryzen 9 3900 or 3950X.

I would choose 2 x 16gb units with faster options (3200+). With Ryzen, it's ideal to use one stick per channel since dual-channel support is available. This means you may need to reduce speeds or adjust timings for compatibility. For instance, two sticks could achieve 3200, but four might drop to 2666.
