The decision hinges largely on cooling performance, though Ryzen offers Zen 4 laptops that are available now or soon. While they feature 16 full cores compared to Intel's 8P-16E with 8 cores, the thread count remains identical. Dell has some options, but not the top-tier GPUs. Lenovo is still in the process of launching new models. MSI currently offers only ultrabook variants. It might be necessary to compare different choices.

I think it's interesting that people are interested in trying WoW retail, but be careful—it's quite different now and not very good. The classic era feels "okay" to me... an official hardcore server is coming soon with a new season. I thought I'd let you know. Have fun on your route! =)

It seems both Dell Alienware and ASUS ROG models feature Ryzen 9 7945HX and RTX 4070/4080 chips. It appears they both utilize a design that draws air from the base and releases it through the sides and back.

They appear quite modern, so it's hard to tell based on looks alone or promotional content. Laptops with heavier builds usually accommodate larger heatsinks, and they tend to weigh more even when using the same battery capacity.
