Is it feasible to obtain offline assistance for Microsoft Office 2021 and apply this support?
In previous versions of Microsoft Office, pressing the F1 button displays help content, but in newer releases, an internet connection is required for the help to appear, which isn’t available on all devices.
I frequently need to verify basic functions immediately in the help section. If I wish to perform actions within Microsoft Office, I often have to search online.
Could you provide guidance on how to insert a line of space after each sentence in a lengthy ebook, especially when copying text to Notepad?
This is possible, though it seems limited to Word’s ability to create wide margins; copying to Notepad doesn’t preserve spacing.
When a speech synthesizer reads the text, sentences must be separated by ample space to ensure clarity. Placing lines directly adjacent results in the synthesizer interpreting them as a single sentence.

You have the ability to adjust the gap between two lines via the ribbon's Line & Paragraph Spacing option, or you can modify it by selecting Layout in the menu bar and ensuring Spacing is centered.
It seems I’m not aware of any offline help files for Office, as all their resources are now online.
