It's just warning you that you'll probably have to do this before it works with that CPU.

The video mentioned by @Voluspa suggests your board might have been assembled before Zen 3 was launched, which could affect initial BIOS support for the 5600X. You can still update the BIOS even without a CPU installed. Just keep this in mind if you build the system and it fails to boot.
