Your computer's monitor isn't displaying properly even though everything seems fine. You've already replaced the RAM and GPU, so the issue might be elsewhere. Check the display settings or hardware connections to rule it out.

Do you have an integrated graphics card connected to your CPU? Can you connect your monitor to it? Have you used another cable before? Is the entire setup functioning properly (fans, power LEDs, RGB lighting)?
