The details aren't important since the gear is already specified. Human vision struggles to distinguish between 60 and 120 frames per second.

the bottom model is a 1050 ti, and generally a 1050 runs about 10 to 20 percent slower than a 1050 ti, meaning you might achieve over 60 with high settings if you're using FXAA

Looks like your setup isn’t up to the task right now. With an i5 3400 or similar and a decent GPU, you won’t be able to run CS:GO smoothly.
