My setup is showing up on an unusual display, the boot device is active and the code reads A0.

32 gb 1600 known good RAM (generic)

1 tb Seagate HDD
850 power supply
Several waterfalls appear on the screen with intensifying colors as they remain visible until they become very bright. Another element is a single line that descends across the display, gradually widening. The final component displays random colored shapes in horizontal or vertical lines, while the VGA light remains active.
