I tested the "UserBenchMark" on my machine and everything performed well, except for my CPU which was at the lowest percentile. My games have been lagging despite my specs—30 FPS in RlCraft and 60-100 FPS in Overwatch. I’m not very familiar with computers, so I’m trying to figure out if the graphics card is the issue.

Check the RAM speed using CPU-Z to confirm if it's 2133mhz or 3000mhz.

My power source is an RM850, paired with a 144hz AOC display. The temperature reads 36°C, and I’m not sure about XMP settings.

It operates at 2933mhz, which works for first-gen Ryzen chips, though the AF is second-gen compatible and also handles that frequency. DDR means double data rate, so multiply the number by two to determine the actual speed.

It’s better to run a test under load rather than playing games.
