I've been using Fortnite for a while now and still can't reach over 60 fps. My setup includes an i5-8600k and a GTX 1060 with 6GB of RAM. I don't think the two monitors will make a big difference.

Is the HDMI cable connected to your motherboard or graphics card? Are the drivers current?

in fortnite i'm having issues with high settings, but it seems to work better there.
