For reference: running Windows 10 with EUFI and keeping your BIOS settings like Smart Start or Quick Start will swap the Windows logo for your motherboard branding and start booting that way. This is standard and significantly speeds up initial boot times since it avoids loading through the full BIOS. Right now, my experience shows a boot duration of about 4 seconds using only EUFI this method. Regarding the OP, you probably need to reinstall Windows. You’ll likely have to press the key to access the boot menu (F12 on some boards).
