Comodo Cleaning Essentials works well and is great for removing tough messes, though it demands understanding the system logs.

If a RAT has infiltrated your system, it suggests either your device is targeted or you're part of a major botnet. Cut off all internet access—no apps or connections allowed. Then either perform a full wipe of Windows or use a reliable removal tool; most RATs are custom-built and hard to detect unless they're simple scripts. Hopefully, no high-level backdoor was installed. If present, your situation is dire. (very uncommon)
