Alone, it was perfectly normal the day before and now it won’t start up and crashes when you press the Windows logo button.

Try removing the CMOS battery for 30 seconds, then reinsert it, and observe any improvements.

It seems like the Windows setup is damaged or a driver issue. Reinstalling Windows might resolve the problem.
