Hello, I'm facing a significant issue. My PC has these specs: Pentium 4 1.7GHz, overclocked to 2GHz; 2GB RAM at 400MHz (Corsair, Kingston); Nvidia FX5500 GPU; Soltek SL-L-85MR2 motherboard; running Windows 7 Professional. In Task Manager, the CPU stays at maximum until I shut down Avast.

Use another antivirus like MSE instead of avast. OT: It's Portugal not Portugual.
