Link the NAS, router, and your computer via the switch. Issue resolved effortlessly. The NAS and PC exchange data through the switch at high-speed connections, while the PC routes external traffic through the router.

You connected your modem to the switch using the internet port, then connected your PC and router to the switch. With the current IP addresses you had set up, this setup should now function.

Ensure the switch is connected to a LAN port on the router, not the WAN port. The specific ports on the switch are irrelevant.

I connected my modem to the first port on the switch, then added the router and finally linked the PC. Everything is functioning properly and I can still reach the router from my computer.
