I upgraded to a Ryzen 5 3600 with the same setup, but the new CPU isn’t showing up on the monitor. I’ve checked everything—power cables, connections, BIOS updates—but when I swap back the old CPU it works fine. What’s going on?
Yes in rx570 not in motherboard, also i used it with ryzen 3 3200,but with new no signal on monitor
Is the R5 3600 brand new or used? If it’s new, there might be issues, and you can request a replacement.
Have you checked the rear of the 3600 for bent pins? Apart from that, both the 3200g and 3600 models share the same BIOS revision. I’d still upgrade to the newest BIOS just to be safe. Also, consider resetting the CMOS on the BIOS—this clears RAM timings and voltage settings, which is a smart step when switching CPUs. You can usually do this by connecting two pins on the motherboard with a screwdriver while the PC is powered down and unplugged. Your motherboard manual will specify which pins to touch. Let us hear your experience.
