Which revision is your board? Can you check written on the motherboard and in CPU-z? The first one does not have Ryzen 5000 support https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A320M-HDV/index.asp#CPU

The only option is to try the flash directly and check its effectiveness. If successful, proceed; otherwise, purchase a ch341a with additional Dupont jumpers and flash the BIOS onto a B450M HDV, since the board layout matches exactly.
