Few motherboards are available without Ethernet ports. You only require an Ethernet cable (such as Cat5 or Cat5e) with both ends properly connected.

You simply connect an ethernet cable to your computer and router. Also, why do you require a $280 motherboard? You could opt for a Ryzen 9 or a similar model with a less expensive board instead.
