I'm using an MSI B460M-Pro and can't access the BIOS without taking out the battery. Once I do, I enter but restarting shows a black screen with the MSI logo at the top left.

On MSI boards, the DELETE key is used to reach the BIOS during startup. This method isn't functioning on the MSI page at boot. Are there any quick boot settings activated? On my MSI board, enabling MSI fast boot causes it to launch Windows too swiftly, preventing access to the BIOS via keyboard shortcut at startup.
