Just a quick note, PSU. Everything's fine, just normal enough.
The motherboard is a cheap build, not ideal for overclocking.
Have you added any new components before these problems started?
How does it run overall, except for the game?

I didn't set anything up, I adjusted the Gama options in the Nvidia Control Panel, but I went back to the default settings because the problems began. Regarding performance, the network appears normal and streaming looks okay.

Yes, but I realized my DLSS was disabled because it wasn't supported, so I'm now trying to understand what's happening

I propose an idea that might seem unusual. I recommend removing the 4060 Ti and using the on-board or integrated video built into your CPU. Results may differ from what the GPU would provide. The goal is to determine if your experience changes in any way.
