So I'm not very tech-savvy, I just know how to turn it on and play games.
Currently, my main game is Escape from Tarkov.
Yesterday afternoon everything was working smoothly with no problems.
Last night I tried to log in and it was really bad. Even during a local PvE raid, the game just froze.
I’ll share my specs and what I’ve done to try to fix this.
Specs:
Windows 11
32gb RAM
GPU 4060 TI
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 9700x 8-Core
It’s a pre-built version, only about 3 or 4 months old.
What I did:
Cleared logs
Cleared cache
Removed temp files
Checked the integrity of game files
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
Performed memory and system checks
Run an anti-virus scan
Restarted the internet
I’m sure I’m missing a few more things, but that’s about it.
Anyone can help a lot.

It seems a possible driver problem might be fixed by first reinstalling the AMD chipset drivers and then the video drivers. Refer to the AMD support page for details on downloading the correct versions for your system. A recent Windows update could also have played a role, so reinstalling drivers may help resolve the issue.

I've worked on GPU drivers, which is something I often forget. For the CPU, I've never done anything.

Install the chipset drivers first, followed by the video drivers. Ask how to connect to your network—wired or wireless. Tell me the make and model of your pre-built system.

Wired mentioned that the computer comes from No Compiler Gaming and didn't provide much detail about its specifications.

I just checked and they're no longer available anymore after the new cards were released, and it doesn't seem to be related to AMD anymore.

Is there any chance you've tried increasing the clock speeds of the CPU, GPU, or RAM?
Try using CPU-Z and enter the motherboard details (mainboard tab) including its make and model.
You can find this information at https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
Additionally, could you check inside the case to identify the power supply brand and model (look for a label on the actual PSU)?
