H110 boards usually reach a maximum of 2133 or 2400, making it impossible to go beyond 3600.

It might also not be compatible, since the qualified vendor list for your board would certainly not have tested many high speed memory kits, and none that are nearly that high. Since it's newer, there's a chance it just won't boot.

The memory will be listed under the default Jedec profile chosen for the motherboard, probably 2133. The current RAM sticks appear to match the xmp and Jedec specifications, so the board lists 2400 instead of 2133. Does that make sense?
