No ASUS Prime B250M-A supports a Core i5 9600KF CPU. The motherboard only has an LGA1151-2 socket, which is compatible with CPUs from the first generation of that socket type.
The 8000 and 9000 series Intel CPUs use a 1151-2 100 chipset, while the 200 series boards employ a 1151-1 chipset. The 6000 and 7000 series chips are connected to the 1151-1 board.
