Hey there, I'm just starting out with PCs. Why is my DRAM light blinking when I restart? It won't turn off, and my games keep crashing even when I use DDU and enter safe mode.

My pc built includes a motherboard with M.2 slot for AM5 socket, AMD B650 Tomahawk Wi-Fi, and an AMD B650 ATX with DDR5 6400MHz memory. The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D with 8 cores. The GPU is an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070. RAM consists of CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6400MHz C32 UDIMM, all in black.

PSU - RMx Shift Series RM850x is a fully-modular ATX power supply.
Drives include a Samsung SSD 990 Pro 1TB.
Local Dick has 930GB and 560GB used, leaving 370GB free.
