It's a challenging task that carries some risk. We often encounter issues with four pins on the corners, needing either screw holes or thumb screws. If your warranty is active, it should work out. Reach out to Gigabyte support if your system won't start with the built-in cooler.
If it's still covered by the warranty, I wouldn't try to bend the pins back. Although possible, it's quite delicate and might lead to even greater issues.
