Depends on your needs and budget, one isnt overall better than the other, it depends on workloads, like what games you want to play ,are you playing games?, are you only playing games or are you streaming while playing games, if not playing games what programs are you going to use, and what are you doing within those programs, all these things will change the recommendation because there is no "best for everything"
