Hello, I have a query. I need a motherboard for my 12400f cpu, around 200 euros. I also want the ability to overclock. In the future I plan to upgrade to the 13600k or KF models so I can use both. I’m considering the MSI PRO Z690-P DDR4. Another question: which cooler is best for the OC13600k? I’d like to invest now so I don’t have to replace everything later. Is the Arctic 34 Esports Duo a good choice? My case isn’t large, so I want an air cooler that fits up to 165mm. Would an AIO be a better fit and where should I install it?

I placed my location in Lithuania, not Germany. Also, I'm realizing things a bit too much—it's my first time setting up a PC. By the way, I tend to forget things easily, which is a condition. Apologies for the confusion.
