Hi everyone, i wanted to check if running at 4.6ghz and 1.32v on my i5 6600k is safe, especially since my temps stay between 59 and 62c after four hours of gaming.

For gaming, temperatures are acceptable. You didn't mention the type of cooling system you use.

Good job. The chip will keep track of its heat and can reduce speed or stop if it reaches a risky level. Around 100c is the threshold.
It looks like you have a decent overclock. I think you probably don’t need much more.
By the way:
As of 12/04/2016
What percentage can achieve an overclock with a reasonable 1.40v voltage?
I5-6600K
4.9 14%
4.8 38%
4.7 67%
4.6 87%
