Hello, I'm experiencing very low FPS in all games. Please find my PC specifications and benchmark results here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/56918281. My system includes an Intel Core i7-10700, Nvidia RTX 3080 with 12GB VRAM, a Samsung 980 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB SSD, and Corsair CMG16GX4M2E3200C16 with 2x8GB RAM.

Turn on XMP to enhance your memory performance. However, I’d also check your cooling system and possibly your Windows power settings. There seems to be a major reduction in your CPU’s clock speed.

I'm unable to run XMP since I haven't updated the BIOS, and I'm also curious about more details.

The "cooler master" doesn't provide details about actual temperatures. The statement about not updating the BIOS seems odd. How does a BIOS update connect to memory timing? Also, do you believe a BIOS update might be necessary? Are you using a Windows install from an earlier version or any unusual configuration?

I own 9 additional machines with identical specifications that never encountered issues, and I did not use XMP on these devices—only this one is experiencing the issue.

I plan to check your temperatures again. If you're using an AIO cooler, it could have stopped working. It's possible the extra CPU power got lost. Look into why your CPU might be running at very slow speeds.

A lot of users rely on HWMonitor — But that motherboard includes a feature named "System Information Viewer." I think it will display temperature data. If your CPU cooler came with software, that should also provide similar information.
I'm puzzled, since you don't seem to understand how to view CPU temperatures when you have ten identical systems.

Sorry about this, but I rely on a language translator since I don't speak English. I didn't fully grasp what you meant, so now I'm providing the temperatures.

The temperature of the 89c CPU seems to be the main concern.
Are you aware of the cooler model for your CPU?
