Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an issue. Upon launching my frequently played game (Rainbow Six Siege), I’m experiencing significantly fluctuating frame rates. I've attempted numerous solutions, including installing all available graphics updates and reverting my NVIDIA 3D settings to their default configuration, without success.

During gameplay: (I believe this isn’t utilizing excessive resources)
My system’s power consumption while idle.

Important:

Yesterday, my computer unexpectedly ceased to display video – it powered on but lacked a visual output. After troubleshooting extensively, I determined that the issue stemmed from a power supply malfunction, as it wasn't providing sufficient wattage. (I connected it directly to the wall outlet and resolved the problem.) However, I continue to observe performance issues, potentially indicating an underlying issue.

* My BIOS was reset by removing the battery for testing purposes.

Notes:

Windows has been fully updated.
Nvidia graphics drivers have been completely updated.
I haven't previously encountered these kinds of problems.

PC Specifications:
Intel® Core™ i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
16 GB
Windows 10

Your processor appears to be overheating, and you should improve its cooling system. It’s best if the temperature remains below 70 degrees; currently, it's reaching 91 degrees, which is excessive.
