I checked the Nvidia website, but I’m not sure what game you were playing. The issue seems to be related to a recent Windows update. If you revert the update, it might resolve the problem. It’s frustrating when things freeze like that—hope it fixes it!

I receive 3D Vision since it refreshes drivers without needing manual updates.

I think the update date is around 1709, which might have some issues right now. You can revert the change temporarily. To undo it, open Settings, go to Update & Security, then Recovery. Choose "Go back to a previous version of Windows 10" and follow the prompts. Pick the reason you want to roll back and click Next. If asked, select No thanks and continue.
